Objectives

OPERATIONAL BRIEF

The unit shall coordinate all activities of other units of the Directorate in addition to handling all administrative matters bordering on the day-to-day running of the Directorate. The Head of the Unit shall equally put all administrative staff of the Directorate into their optimal performance.

MISSION STATEMENT

The unit is established to see to the smoothness of day-to-day running of the COMSIT Directorate.

STAFFING

Head of Unit(1): Superintend on behalf of the DCOMSIT to provide strategic leadership and general oversight Secretary(1):Coordinates and Support the unit head and oversees administrative tasks within the Directorate Administrative Officer(1):Assists the Secretary to handle day-to-day  administrative duties. Clerical Officer(1):Assist the secretary of the unit in mail distribution, documentation and information dissemination. Store keeper(1):Keeping inventory of  all ICT assets, gadgets and in the unit. Systems Analyst (1):Assisting the Head of the unit in analysing the activities of all other units in the directorate.
